2. About FurEver Bougie
FurEver Bougie (FEB) is a Wyoming limited liability company operating as a luxury lifestyle pet brand. We sell custom print-on-demand apparel and pet-lifestyle products. Our current product line includes custom-printed shirts. We will be expanding to include coffee mugs, water bottles, and dog harnesses and leashes in the near future.
Our print-on-demand products are produced through a third-party fulfillment partner. Each item is made to order at the time of purchase.
3. Products and Orders
Product Descriptions
We make every effort to display our products accurately, including colors, designs, and sizing. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will perfectly reflect the final printed product. Minor color variations between on-screen display and the finished product are normal and do not constitute a defect.
Order Acceptance
Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is received. This confirmation does not constitute final acceptance — your order is accepted when it enters production.
Print-on-Demand Products
All apparel, mugs, and water bottles sold through FurEver Bougie are made to order. Once an order enters production, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or exchanged. Please review your order carefully — including size, color, and design — before completing your purchase.
Inventory Products
Dog harnesses and leashes are stocked inventory items fulfilled directly by FurEver Bougie. Cancellations for these products may be possible before shipment. Please contact us at {email address} as soon as possible if you need to cancel an inventory item order.
4. Pricing, Payment & Sales Tax
All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Payment is collected at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit and debit cards. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
FurEver Bougie collects Georgia state sales tax at the applicable rate (4% state tax plus any applicable county or local taxes) on orders shipped to Georgia addresses, as required under Georgia law (O.C.G.A. § 48-8-30). Orders shipped to addresses outside Georgia may be subject to the destination state’s sales tax laws. FurEver Bougie is not responsible for any additional bank fees or foreign transaction charges.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Estimated shipping timeframes are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary based on your location, carrier availability, and production time for print-on-demand items.
FurEver Bougie is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other events outside our control. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, responsibility for tracking and delivery passes to the carrier.
If your order is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us at {email address} within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.
